new culinary techniques

take care of everything for you. We prepare the "mise en
place", gather all the ingredients, provide all the recipes
and
clean up afterwards

- This
is a novel idea and an innovative corporate activity to entertain
clients or associates, introduce new products, and participate
in team-building activities.
- Your
co-workers and you (10-20 persons) will enjoy a unique occasion
to meet in a very friendly atmosphere. During your conventions
in Quebec, it is a great activity for your spouse.
- "L'Atelier"
last about 4 hours or a full day, at your choice
- Attending
a private session with participatory cooking classes or culinary
demonstrations is lively and offers a unique way to build or create

also make our facilities and equipment available for TV food commercials,
cooking shows, and photo shoots

Procedures
during cooking classes
- The
cooking classes are more than a demonstration. Every participant is
involved in the preparation, assembly and presentation of the recipes
before sitting down to enjoy the food and dishes prepared during the
class.
- Participants
first receive a briefing about each dish on the program. They can take
notes; questions are welcome.
- Next,
participants are randomly divided in groups of two; we wash our hands!!!
- Under
the direction of Louise Martineau and other professionals, participants
begin the execution of the recipes. They can observe the work of the
other participants and exchange notes on their progress.
- The
dishes are prepared in a warm and friendly atmosphere, take shape and
are assembled into the final presentation
a feast!!
- The
class concludes with a degustation of the prepared dishes on the menu,
together with the participants' chosen wine or the wine chosen by the
sommelier of Les Artistes de la Table for everyone's enjoyment.
